Scenario / User Narrative:
Elaine is an Operations Manager. She is continuously searching for ways to improve sales and customer loyalty. Analysis of customer feedback for the company is used to lead meetings for ongoing company improvement. Elaine’s job is very demanding, and recently she has had trouble meeting some of the business goals. She can’t pinpoint why sales are down when prices seem relatively competitive because of the difficulty in analyzing limited data resulting from limited customer feedback. Elaine is a responsible manager that goes above and beyond in her planning and execution plans to achieve overall positive feedback from customers. One day, she sees a SurveyHUB advertisement. She was drawn into it with the overall concept of a centralized survey hub. She called to arrange a meeting with SurveyHUB and was intrigued, thus signing with SurveyHUB. She noticed that surveys were pouring in. Analysts gathered all the data and created reports. It turned out to be the quality of certain products and the terrible customer service in stores. With this information, Elaine was able to pitch a company restructure plan. The plan was detailed, with extensive examples. The company went through restructuring. After restructuring, they continued using SurveyHUB and saw the positive feedback piling up. Elaine was thrilled with the new and continual success of the company. |
Scenario / User Narrative:
Andrea loves writing reviews and doing surveys in her downtime, and recently she heard about an app that pays you for just doing that! Her job provides her with a lot of free time during work hours, so she uses the time to research deals around the area and writes reviews for restaurants, events, stores, etc. in exchange for free products, services, and experiences. When enjoying her perks, she often takes pictures and boomerangs of her experiences and uploads it to Instagram. Andrea and her boyfriend just had a delicious dinner, and there is a survey link and QR code on the receipt plus a free appetizer offer for their next visit if they completed the survey, so of course, Andrea excitedly scans the survey into her app. Whenever Andrea gets receipts with QR codes for surveys, she immediately scans it to save the surveys for future review. Being bored on the GO Train, Andrea completes the survey and writes a review while giggling excitedly as the virtual coins go into her virtual piggy bank for future rebates. She checks her “Coupons” tab in the app and sees a free appetizer offer for their next visit and quickly calls her boyfriend to talk about their upcoming date at the very same restaurant. Another mission accomplished for Andrea Lee in the world of getting the best perks – instant gratification. |
